Meet Our Founder
Brooke Lowther — Founder, CEO, TV Presenter, Yoga Instructor, Longevity & Functional Genomics Coach-in-Training, Mum, Professional High Heel Wearer (always), and Organiser of Most (Okay… ALL) Themed Parties.
After more than two decades working in television, media and wellness, Brooke Lowther founded Fox Supplements with one clear mission — to change the way women approach health, energy, confidence and longevity.
What started as conversations between friends quickly became something much deeper.
Brooke began noticing a pattern among women around her — decreased energy, hormonal imbalances, gut issues, bloating, hair loss, low confidence, reproductive challenges and increasing diagnoses of breast, ovarian and cervical cancers in women far too young.
“It felt like every second conversation with girlfriends was about exhaustion, hormones, stress, anxiety, gut issues or another health diagnosis. Women were trying everything — overtraining, under-eating, fad diets, quick fixes — while juggling careers, motherhood, relationships and the mental load of life.”
That curiosity led Brooke into years of research into the connection between gut health, hormones, inflammation, stress and overall wellbeing.
Now completing qualifications in Longevity Coaching and Functional Genomics & Nutrition — alongside her work as a certified yoga instructor and Executive MBA graduate — Brooke’s vision for Fox Supplements combines science, education, preventative wellness and real-life balance.
“The more I researched, the more I realised wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about understanding the body better, supporting it properly and creating habits that actually work in real life.”
Brooke’s career has seen her work across some of Australia’s leading television networks as a presenter, MC and media personality for more than 23 years. In 2018, while working full-time and raising her daughter as a single mother, she completed her Executive MBA in just 14 months.
“It was simultaneously the best and worst experience of my life,” Brooke laughs. “A lot of coffee, very little sleep and a few emotional breakdowns in activewear.”
Fox Supplements was never designed to be “just another supplement company.”
After three years of research and development, Brooke partnered with an experienced team of biochemists, formulators and product development specialists with more than 30 years’ experience in the wellness and nutraceutical space. Together, they focused on creating high-potency liquid formulations designed to support modern lifestyles with ingredients backed by science and delivered in formats that fit into real life.
Beyond business, Brooke has spent over 17 years as an ambassador and advocate for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, inspired by close family members and friends affected by cancer. She is also passionate about supporting women in business, advocating for mental health awareness and speaking openly about domestic violence recovery and resilience.
And yes — Brooke still believes wellness should have a sense of humour.
“Our Vixen product has definitely created the most conversation,” she says. “Look, it won’t magically make you attracted to your partner if he’s acting like an absolute idiot… but it might help put the O-oh back into YOUR mojo.”
